Generally, whenever you save any highlight on your Instagram, what happens is that whatever you have highlighted in your story, gets highlighted in a circle type in different categories below your profile, in whichever particular category you want to save the highlight story.
But after the arrival of this update, the name of which is “Dedicated Highlight Tab,” you will see a dedicated tab for your highlights in it, like you see the real tab in the profile grid part. You will see the new tab, in which you will be able to see whatever highlight you have saved.

Currently, Instagram is working on this dedicated highlight feature and this feature is in beta testing as soon as beta testing is completed, this feature will likely come to Instagram users as soon as possible in the new update.
